The concentration of the aqueous solution is 0.05~0.1%. Too high a concentration will increase the viscosity of the solution of the agent, thereby increasing the load of the dosing pump and

affecting the dosing effect. The amount of basic aluminum chloride dose is controlled by the valve, and its function is to fully mix with water to form agglomeration, so that invisible or visible

impurities in the water flocculate and coagulate, and become visible, small-particle aggregate flocs. Polyacrylamide is pumped by the dosing agent in front of the air floatation reaction chamber,

and the size of the drug star is controlled by the valve. Its function is to improve flocculation and aggregation of the floc produced after the reaction of adding basic aluminum chloride, the

volume becomes larger, and the specific gravity becomes smaller It is beneficial to the slag body floating, so that the air floatation pool can achieve the purpose of removing scum.

          (2) Dosing process: add fresh water into the dosing box, and after the fixed liquid level is reached, put the reagent in proportion to the polyacrylamide. Because it is very hygroscopic, it

must be protected from moisture. When it is added, it should be evenly poured. The size of the medicine box is about 100Kg for each basic aluminum chloride and about 1Kg for polyacrylamide,

and adjust the concentration of the drug solution according to the actual situation. When adding the medicament, the mixer can be turned on to stir the medicament. After the stirring is even,

the valve of the mixing tank is opened to put the medicament into the solution tank, and then the dosing pump can be started. Start the dosing pump, slowly open the dosing valve, adjust the

size of the valve according to the shape of the floes in the air floatation reaction chamber and the condition of the water body, and it can also be adjusted according to the water output. Under

normal circumstances, the flocs in the reaction chamber are large and large, and the water quality after removal of the flocs is high in clarity and does not contain or contain traces of small flocs.

If the flocs in the reaction chamber are small, the amount of polyacrylamide added is too small, and the amount of polyacrylamide should be increased. If the water is turbid, the amount of

polyaluminum added is small, and the amount of polyaluminum should be increased. Adjust the size of the medicine in this way to make the air floating out of the water clean and transparent.
